Valid from the date of original purchase from an authorized seller.
This limited warranty protects your Ennix smart product against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the duration specified for each product. If a defect is confirmed, the product is eligible for a one-time replacement within the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover:
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid only when the product is purchased brand-new from an authorized Ennix reseller.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team:
Share your purchase details and describe the issue. If the claim is approved, you will be required to send the product to our service center. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Note: Authorization for return does not automatically guarantee a replacement. Once we receive and inspect the returned item — including original packaging, manuals, and accessories — we will proceed with the exchange.
