Limited Warranty – Ennix

Thank you for choosing Ennix. We stand behind the quality of our smart products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. All Ennix products come with a limited warranty, valid from the date of original purchase, as indicated on your receipt from an authorized seller.

What's Covered

This limited warranty protects your Ennix Smart Product against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the duration specified for each individual product. If a defect is confirmed, the product is eligible for a one-time replacement within the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

Please note, this warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or tampering.
  2. Accidental, physical, or water-related damage.
  3. Damage due to electrical surges or high voltage burnouts.
  4. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse of the product.
  5. Repairs or services performed by unauthorized personnel.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid only when the product is bought brand-new from an authorized Ennix reseller.

Share your purchase details and describe the issue you are facing.
If the issue is covered and a replacement is authorized, you will need to send the product to our service center. Shipping costs for returning the product are the customer’s responsibility.
Please Note: Authorization for return does not automatically guarantee a replacement. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm all required items (including original packaging, manuals, and accessories) are intact, we will proceed with the exchange.
