To ensure continued support and peace of mind, Ennix offers a dedicated Out-of-Warranty Product Replacement Program, designed to help customers replace eligible products at a reduced cost. This policy outlines the eligibility criteria, benefits, and process for participating in the program.

1. Program Purpose

This initiative is aimed at customers whose Ennix products are no longer under manufacturer warranty but require a replacement. We offer a discount on a replacement unit and coordinate the return of the old product for safe disposal or recycling.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the program, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be beyond the original warranty coverage.
  • Product value should exceed ₹800.
  • The product must be physically intact and safe for transportation.
  • The request must be submitted within 12 months of the warranty expiry date.

3. Replacement Discount

Eligible customers will receive a **flat 20% discount** on a new product of the same model or its current equivalent. This discount applies exclusively to the retail price listed on our official website (www.ennixelectronics.com) and cannot be combined with any other offer or coupon.

4. How the Process Works

The steps involved in the replacement are as follows:

  1. Customers must submit a request through the official claim form.
  2. Our service team will verify eligibility based on product information and condition.
  3. If approved, the customer will receive detailed steps to proceed with the replacement and discount offer.
  4. Ennix will arrange a **free pickup** of the out-of-warranty product at the customer’s preferred time.
  5. Customers are required to ensure the product is securely packed before pickup.
  6. The new replacement unit will be dispatched after the old unit is successfully received.

5. Additional Terms and Conditions

  • The original product must be returned before the replacement unit is shipped.
  • The old product should be in acceptable physical condition for transportation.
  • A 3-month limited warranty will apply to the newly replaced product.
  • This offer is valid for one-time replacement per product and subject to availability.
  • Ennix reserves the right to reject claims at its discretion, especially in cases of misuse, tampering, or uncooperative customer behavior.
  • Requests submitted more than 12 months after warranty expiry will not be considered.

6. If You are Not Eligible

If your product does not qualify for the replacement program, Ennix may still offer a paid repair service. In such cases, all repair costs, spare part charges (if applicable), and logistics fees must be borne by the customer.
