Out-of-Warranty Replacement Program
Ennix offers continued support even after your warranty expires — replace eligible products at a reduced cost.
1. Program Purpose
This program is designed for customers whose Ennix products are no longer under warranty but require a replacement. We offer a discount on a replacement unit and coordinate the return of the old product for safe disposal or recycling.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be beyond its original warranty coverage.
- Product value must exceed ₹800.
- The product must be physically intact and safe for transportation.
- The request must be submitted within 12 months of warranty expiry.
3. Replacement Discount
Eligible customers receive a flat 20% discount on a new product of the same model or its current equivalent. This discount applies exclusively to the retail price on our official website and cannot be combined with any other offer or coupon.
4. How the Process Works
- Submit a request through the official claim form.
- Our team verifies eligibility based on product information and condition.
- If approved, you receive instructions to proceed along with the discount offer.
- Ennix arranges a free pickup of the out-of-warranty product at your preferred time.
- Ensure the product is securely packed before pickup.
- The replacement unit is dispatched after the old unit is received.
5. Additional Terms
- The original product must be returned before the replacement is shipped.
- The old product must be in acceptable physical condition for transportation.
- A 3-month limited warranty applies to the replacement product.
- This offer is valid for one replacement per product, subject to availability.
- Ennix reserves the right to reject claims in cases of misuse, tampering, or fraud.
- Requests submitted more than 12 months after warranty expiry will not be considered.
6. Not Eligible?
If your product doesn't qualify for the replacement program, Ennix may still offer a paid repair service. All repair costs, spare part charges, and logistics fees would be borne by the customer.
